For Family Memberships you must provide an email address for each member and they cannot be the same. You must also check what payment type you want to use.
If you chose “Pay by Check” and submit the application it will be emailed to Membership. We will acknowledge receipt of your application within 48 hours and hold the application until a check is received.
If you check “Pay by Credit” within 48 hours we will upload your application, acknowledge receipt and provide a link and instructions for payment.
Once payment is received final approval will be granted and your cards will be available to print.
